Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: $14.95 flat rate per order, anywhere in Australia.
- Free delivery: on orders of $150 or more (after discounts).
Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses across Australia, including regional areas. Some remote locations may take longer.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. You will receive an email when your order is on its way.
Drinks and heavy items
Drinks are sold by the carton. Please make sure someone can receive heavy parcels, or provide safe-place instructions at checkout.
Damaged or missing items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@retailo.com.au with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
